I was able to open it in Safari on a Mac, but not Firefox.

I blame Microsoft.

I tried Firefox originally, figured that was the issue, but when it didn’t work in Explorer either, I got worried. Lo and behold, it magically works on a co-worker’s computer. Gotta send that in ASAP! Thanks for the heads-up, Luke, we’ll miss you in socal.
