Jason Meshberg (Flatlandia) thinks we’re getting a little too serious here. So in honor of Slipstream heroes Steven Cozza and David Zabriskie, he introduces the Flatlandia Unofficial Monsters of the Moustache Prime. The best-placed moustache at Monsters of the Midway wins $5 plus one Clif Bar. “In the event of a tie,” he says, “the better of the moustaches wins. This is not democratic and based solely upon me and my brothers and sisters on Flatlandia.”

Come May, photographic verifcation of the feat should be sent to him at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). The winner will also be honored here at CBR. You have two months, gentlemen. Ready, set, grow!

Awesome!  My wife is going to kill me but, awesome!  Even if I don’t win or whatever how cool would it be to see all of us knuckleheads pimpin’ a stache, and the cheesier the better.

Wow - moustaches, the new black.

I was just bitching recently that I hate that I have to shave every few days.  My mayan blood apparently doesn’t allow for much facial hair growth.

I wish I could grow a moustache.  When I try to grow it, I look like a 15 year old trying to look 18.

But I can try…

I may look like Emmanuel Lewis (back in his Webster days) with a wolly bear on his upper lip but I’ll give it a shot! 

Ryan…I’ll munch on cheetos so that my stache will literally look cheesy.

Forget Cozza and Zabriskie,I am going for the Franz Ferdinand look (the Archduke, not the lame band).  I remember seeing a guy in the 40+ Masters’ races sporting the same moustache.  A bit of grease will make those tips extra pointy.
