Ahhh, I didn’t even have to see the clip to know it was a Princess Bride quote. That is a great movie, but not quite sure of the relevance. Is there an inside joke you can share?
A reference to Mars Cheese Castle maybe? It’s right on I-94 by the Wisconsin/Illinois state line.
